The Spenco Men's Sport Cushion insole is designed to provide premium heel-to-toe support and enhanced comfort for individuals who experience muscle fatigue in their feet or legs due to a range of athletic or daily activities, such as jogging, running, walking, playing sports, or exercising, particularly on hard surfaces. Designed for use in a variety of shoes, including athletic, work, and most casual styles, the Spenco Trim-To-Fit Sport Cushion insole is intended to fit men's shoe sizes 7-13 and can be trimmed as needed for a true custom fit.

To trim the insole, simply remove the existing insole from your shoe, line it up with your new Spenco Plantar Fascia insole as a guide, and trace with a ballpoint pen. Carefully cut with a sharp pair of scissors, then insert the trimmed insole into your shoe with the top side up.
